Terms and Conditions
Payment
A non refundable deposit of £10.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the order and the date you require. The balance is due one week before the order either in cash, bank transfer or via paypal.
Wedding Orders
A non refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the order and the date you require. The balalance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date either in cash or bank transfer. (PayPal is accepted however the balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding date, this is due to Paypal's T&C's)
Cancellations
Cancelation by the customer- £10.00 deposit is non refundable.
Wedding Cancellation by customer- 50% deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation by Debbies Delightful Cakes - All monies will be refunded in the unlikley event that Debbies Delightful Cakes has to cancel an order.
Cake Delivery/Collection
The time of collection/delivery to be agreed with by both Debbies Delightful Cakes and the customer. If either party need to change the time this must be agreed by both parties in the first instance.
